A Derby may sound like a hat, but it’s also what those in the UK call a shoe with the quarters sewn on top of the vamp. This derby from Grant Stone is the epitome of that rugged English style. It’s a plain toe with a 360 degree Goodyear welt, no rain or mud is getting in, and done in a brown Chromexcel pull up leather from the Horween tannery in Chicago.
A mini-stud rubber outsole keeps these shoes from slipping out from under you and it’s made on Grant Stone’s Leo last that runs about a half size large and supports a variety of foot shapes.
- Runs large, take half size down from normal Brannock size (ex. if you’re a 10, take a 9.5)
- Comes with a set of brown and white cotton laces
- Recraftable Goodyear welt construction
- Made in Xiamen, China
